Katy Hogg is a Personal Trainer and Bikini Competitor based in Lincolnshire in the United Kingdom. She has previously suffered from Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Social Anxiety, Body Dysmporphia and depression. She has worked hard to overcome these conditions, having engaged in self-directed study and developing personal coping strategies focused on changing the way in which she thinks and behaves. These experiences have allowed her to empathise with people experiencing similar issues. Consequently, she takes pride in being able to help people with a range of disorders.
